New Job Opportunity : Publicity Assistant
The Auckland Arts Festival is Auckland's premier festival of New Zealand and international arts. Presented annually in March, the globally recognised event celebrates people and culture, and showcases the cultural diversity and vibrant energy of New Zealand's largest city.
Working closely with the PR & Media Manager, the Publicity Assistant will assist with the implementation of the overall PR strategy for the promotion of Auckland Arts Festival 2017 and Festival events.
This includes supporting all aspects of PR campaigns, including publicity [event listings, keeping media lists up-to-date, dealing with media requests, interview briefing and attendance as and when required, some story development and pitching etc…] , event support, writing materials, and general admin.
