Calling all creative kids! Want to try photography?
The Auckland Arts Festival's Whānui programme is looking for young Aucklanders aged 8-12 years to be part of a photography exhibition! 40 children from across Auckland will participate in a free photography workshop with professional artists. You’ll learn how to take amazing photographs, and then they will be printed and displayed in a real exhibition in your neighbourhood.
Places are limited and selected children must be available to attend workshops in their respective area. Workshop dates are listed below.
Northart, Norman King Square, Northcote Shopping Centre, Northcote
• 9, 10, 13, 14 & 15 February 3.30pm-6.30pm
Corbans Estate Art Centre, 426 Great North Road, Henderson
• 2, 3, 7, 8, 9 Feb. 3.30pm-6.30pm

• Northart: 8-25 March
• Otara Leisure Centre: 8-25 March
• Corbans Estate Art Centre: 17-20 March
