The Story of Whānui 2017

Five projects out in the real world where Aucklanders from all walks of life told their stories through art.

Whānui was a new endeavor for 2017 which saw the Festival co-producing five very unique arts projects with different community groups around the city. At the core of each project, the focus was to make art accessible and a part of life.
