Brought together in 1998 for the stage production Naked Samoans Talk About Their Knives, Dave, Shimpal, Robbie, Mario, Oscar and Heto have entertained audiences both here and abroad. Under the direction of The Conch’s Nina Nawolowolo, herself an internationally trained magician, they return to the majestic Civic Theatre for quite possibly the Greatest Magic Show the world has ever seen.

After the death of a mysterious fan, the guys discover they are the inheritors of the keys to a rambling dilapidated villa in Ponsonby. With Auckland house prices skyrocketing and money to be made, the boys gather to sell it off and get on with their lives. But the house and who has left it to them are not what they seem…

Imbued with the spirit of magic, the house and what it contains will lead the boys to face their biggest challenge yet. Will they respect the wishes of the dead, or just think "Nah it’s too much trouble"?

Since their first stage show in 1998, The Naked Samoans have taken their brand of anarchic social satire and comedy into the hearts and living rooms of kiwis across the country. Teaming up with The Conch’s Nina Nawalowalo and Tom McCrory, The Naked Samoans will finally get to unleash on the boards again. Be prepared to be amused AND amazed at this fresh and unique theatrical offering.
